We kept these patches ultra simple and minimal, while still having some fun with manufacturing. The overall design was inspired by baseball hats and their iconic 3D raised embroidery. We actually had to use 2 different embroidery machines,with dozens of prototype trials to get the 3D effect we wanted. It was a fine balance between the 3D
