From the buttons, we believe it to be Saxon, worn by the Garde Reiter Regiment during ceremony while wearing their M1890 Lion topped helmets. This is a coatee which requires a lot more research. The coatee is stamped twice with the mark of F. & A. Diringer of Munich, a maker of clothing and later a costume house.
