This is a heavy cast brass ashtray with a recessed swas design in the ashtray bowl. This was likely made in Belgium as part of the resistance to the German Occupation during WWII. The ashtray features a 2 tall brass little boy figurine replica of famed Brussels landmark Manneken Pis, a famous fountain sculpture in Brussels depicting a naked little boy peeing into the fountain's basin constructed in 1618 1619.
