This is a rare unopened survival flask from the E 17 emergency kit issued to WW2 Air Crews in case they were shot down or crashed. The flask is constructed from an early yellow translucent form of plastic and is in very good condition. This version is called a "bale top" because or the metal bar that keeps it closed.
