This is a very nice BATF approved totally inert example of a 1942 dated No. 36M MkI Grenade. The No. 36M was the British army's standard hand grenade during WWII, and long afterwards. This wonderful example is complete with internal parts (no explosives) and much of the original paint. It does have both traces of a green stripe. The traces of shellac identify it as the No. 36M model. It is totally inert, and cannot
