This is an excellent example of an early Post British India peaked visor, as worn by a General Officer in the Indian Land Forces (Army). This green color is the uniform type that was worn from 1947 to 1980, though we believe this to date to the 1960s. The overall condition is quite nice with a level of wear consistent with service use, but is otherwise presented without any extensive damage or repairs. The Indian
