There is a retained braided leg tie down but it is heavily torn and close to breaking off
This is a truly amazing piece of history and it belongs in a museum
measures approximately 5”H x 7 ¾” long and 4 ⅝” wide
and the lower head has one large blue stripe between two black stripes
and dates from the late pre-war 1930's
