Probably worn in combat, this is a great example of the classic British WWII Army Officer's Peaked visor cap, made from the standard Khaki wool material. It features a leather chin strap held in place by gilded buttons bearing the Royal Coat of arms with a Kings crown, and the front has a blacked brass Lincolnshire Regiment Cap Badge. The interior still has the top plastic sweatguard, and underneath is the makers
