Original U.S. 1950s Navy USN Gentex H-4 Flying Helmet with Helmet Headphone Insert Category_MG 34 Mounts still showing clear lands andOriginal Items: Only One Available. This is an very good condition 1956 1964 USN size LARGE Gentex H 4 helmet that comes with the interior helmet insert and goggles. Helmet features original gold paint, orange and yellow tape and USN USMC Aviator wings to front. All parts are in good condition. This is a very nice display set! The H 4 features a rigid shell with reinforcing ridges and is constructed of a fiberglass cloth reinforced with epoxy resin.
