a cool site with a longer cycle and later harvest

Already quite soft and round on the front palate with fine tannins only on the very end

Vougeraie, Gevrey Chambertin Evocelles Foule Vintage:2014 It has a fairly mature(from vines planted to a density approaching 30,000 per hectare situated on the Brochon side; only two barrels produced and it will be bottled exclusively in magnum). This is aromatically quite similar to the regular cuve except perhaps for being even more floral in character. What isnt similar though is the mid palate density as this is notably bigger and more powerful with a very firm tannic spine shaping the beautifully persistent and palate
