Montrachet typically fleshes out substantially with bottle age and this should do that as well but it’s not clear that there is necessarily better potential here compared to either the Criots or the Bâtard

Chablisienne, Chablis Montee Tonnerre Brut Zero (30% whole cluster)(from all 4 climats though the blend is mostly from Chapelot). Here too a discreet application of wood sets off the floral suffused nose that is liberally laced with notes of oyster shell, iodine and lemon rind nuances. There is a lovely sense of refinement to the restrained and lightly mineral inflected flavors that somewhat curiously come up a bit short. This may well come together but I found this a bit awkward in its current form. With that said,
