Herb Olive shallots and garlic Supplied in trays of 40This low maintenance, evergreen shrub can be planted in any garden scheme and enjoyed for its beauty as well as its herbal benefits. Santolina has long been used as a culinary herb in Mediterranean recipes as it has a strong olive like flavour when added to hot and cold dishes. In summer, small button like yellow flowers are produced atop this mounding shrub and are covered in pollinators. Likes a sunny, well drained spot.
