Short sleeved evening jacket in black velvet with a deep grey black sparkly glitter foliage throughout. Black satin collar with notched Lapel. Rounded patch pockets at hips. Light enough for other seasons, too! Fully lined in silk. No buttons or closures but throw a belt around it and it can double as a dress! This piece catches light in the most
